Lehigh Valley Rail Management handles the switching at this facility in the Bethlehem area, and one of those locomotives is LVRB 20, an MP15DC that was originally built by EMD for the Cambria & Indiana Railroad (numbered CI 20). It was later acquired by South Buffalo Railway (SB 20), then went to Philadelphia Bethlehem & New England Railroad (PBNE 20). And now, as seen here, the PBNE lettering in the logo has been painted out, so it is clearly now owned by Lehigh Valley Rail Management, a company apparently not proud enough to mark their power with their roadname, let along just their initials. This diesel is now LVRB 20 … obviously! Even the locomotives they’ve repainted into "Phoenix Rail" markings are lacking the AAR reporting marks. (South Bethlehem, Pennsylvania – September 27, 2025)
