Acela 2 Train Set 23 Delivery. On the night of Thursday, September 10, 2025, Amtrak Acela Train Set 23 passed through the MTA Metro-North Hastings-On-Hudson Station for delivery from Alsto to Amtrak. AMTK P42s 95 and 105 led Metroliner Conference Car 9800 as Train 882, which followed the Amtrak 68-64 "combo" train. The Acela 2 move would proceed to New York's Penn Station before looping in Sunnyside Yard and continuing to Philadelphia Coach Yard in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
