Recently rebuilt MBTA F40PH-3C No. 1030 is seen wearing a freshly painted Boston & Maine scheme in the Middleboro Layover Yard. The unit was one of many rebuilt by Wabtec Industries and had this custom paint applied by the Mass Coastal shops in Rochester, MA.
