Just underway from Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof, a departing ICE 3 train crosses the Main River on the Main-Neckar bridge. It was originally finished in 1927, destroyed at the end of WWII by the German army, then subsequently rebuilt in 1946. Hundreds of trains continue to use it every day.
