Remarks & Notes
Siemens "Smartron" 192 # 059 of Northrail, rented to FLEX Bahndienstleistungen, Leipzig, crosses the huge Göltzschtal viaduct with a container train towards Hof. The doubletrack Göltzschtal viaduct on the Sachsen mainline between Hof and Leipzig/Dresden was built from 1846 to 1851 and is the world's largest brick-built viaduct, with a length of 574 meter and a maximum height of 78 meter. More then 26 mio of bricks were needed for the 4 levels, and the uppermost level has 29 arches.
