Remarks & Notes
Union Pacific, UP 540 W/B Wallace Branch Local returning from Plummer at Freeman, WA on May 17, 2006 with UP 541. This train only had 8 cars as this was soon after the St. Maries River RR bridge collapse at Lake Benewah. It had 3 loads of finished lumber from the mill at Plummer, 2 empty tankers and 3 empty box cars that were supposed to be spotted at Setters, ID but the crossing was blocked. The 3 boxcars were to be loaded by trucks from the PFI Mill in St. Maries. Freeman siding in foreground.
