In addition to their regular Cape Town-Elgin excursions, Ceres Rail have been offering a new Bot River-Elgin series of trips that have operated once a month since April.

Here we see the first one treading its way cautiously over the upper of the two bridges that span the Jakkals River in the super-scenic Houwhoek Pass
