| Some of the excavated material from the construction of the second tunnel tube for the motorway tunnel between Göschenen and Airolo is transported by freight train to Flüelen and deposited in Lake Urnersee (part of Lake Lucerne) to create shallow water zones. Bombardier TRAXX F140 MS 186 # 497 of Railpool, rented to TR TransRail, pulls the empty train 67673 with 8 double VTG Sggrrs cars with 32 yellow "Marti" containers from Flüelen to Göschenen through the Wattinger curve between Gurtnellen and Wassen. |
