A couple rebuilds rest outside the "GOB" (General Office Building) at Norfolk Southern's Juniata Locomotive Shop in Altoona, PA. NS 5900 is one of two GP22ECO rebuilds, NS completed. The units were mated to GPTEB road slugs, also rebuilt by NS. Today, sets of units are stored, with an unknown future on NS.
