| Amtrak Work Train KP701 comes under the signal bridge at DAVIS interlocking in Newark, DE with a train of brand new concrete railroad ties. They were manufactured and loaded at Rocla Concrete Tie Inc in Bear and will be used for infrastructure upgrades on the Philadelphia to Harrisburg mainline. |
