| Most Tue-Fri, this scene plays out, with #206 blasting past the Cemex Unit Train unloading in City Point Yard. Why haven't the fuel tenders been painted yet? Likely due to the company unsure if the program will continue past its expiration date. The ratio of painted/unrepainted GE's is regaining some balance with the units that were sent to Mexico returning. |
