Southbound BNSF 6078 and another GE with about 16,000 tons of loaded coal hoppers in tow, have reached the crest of the hill at Andersonville. BNSF 6078 is only about two months old and still has the new locomotive sheen.
At 1020 feet AMSL, Andersonville is the highest point on the CN Holly subdivision. Today, with the exception of the main track, all of the interesting items have disappeared. There is no siding, no set off track and there are no coal trains.
