Tefft Tonight!

Amidst the inky depths of Animas Canyon, situated in close proximity to Purgatory Ski Area, the Durango and Silverton Railway’s historic K-28 locomotive, #473, traverses the line towards Durango.

Shot during the D&SNG’s Fall Photography Special in 2024, the first one done exclusively at night with “Lighting By Lerro”. Composite of two separate exposures of the same scene.
