CSX I141-27 (North Baltimore,OH-Jacksonville,FL) lean into the curve just south of the town of Fosterville, TN. I141 is on the heels of M583-29 which is getting ready to go into the siding at Tullahoma, TN to meet the northbound M648 and begin its set-out of Tullahoma. Which mean that the dispatcher will line I141 into the siding at Wartrace some 10 rail-miles south of this location.
