Inspection at WC.
NJ Transit GP40-2 no. 4302 and GP40PH-2 no. 4111 are seen hauling DOXT 216 through Waldwick, NJ, passing WC Tower. The train was running as an inspection extra to Port Jervis and back, allowing the FRA inspectors to cover that part of Metro-North Railroad's territory. The inspection car was built as a Metroliner EMU, originally Penn Central MR1A no. 803, later Amtrak control coach 9642, before being sold in June 1999.
