Altoona's Prisoner: It seemed like NS 1074, the Delaware, Lackawanna, & Western Railroad HU, was never going to escape from the Juniata shops in Altoona, PA, but lo and behold, it roams the rails once again with fully functioning equipment (less the horn) and a newly repainted shell.
