| May 10th, 2024. An inbound Metra train is reaching its final destination of Union Station as it pops out from underneath the Roosevelt Road overpass. The F40PHM-2s "Winnebagos" are a staple of the trains that run on the Chicago to Aurora line that was the former Burlington Route. Just one number away, I almost caught the Burlington heritage unit. Maybe next time. |
