| A Youngtown Belt Railroad crew switches out cement hoppers at the City Concrete siding in Youngstown, Ohio, passing through a gantry at the unloading pit for City Aggregates. Once the crew spots the hoppers, they will pull east to hook up to the stone cars that they will pull through the unloader here. |
