| The Empire Builder pauses for the conductor to engage the electric switch at the west end of the Minnesota Commercial yard area at St. Anthony Junction in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Recent snow and wind is cause for an extra couple minutes of waiting while the switch points get swept and cleared. This is the first time I've gone out to grab a night photo of Amtrak's new ALC-42s, and I think it looks really nice. |
