Storm Service. An eastbound Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) train arrives at Nostrand Avenue station on the elevated section of the Atlantic Branch. Due to winter storm Orlena, the LIRR was operating on a weekend schedule, and by 4 pm had suspended all service on the railroad.
