Remarks & Notes

After issues with the signals providing incorrect aspects at the SCFE/USSC diamond, a test train involving the SCFE local would be brought out so that signal maintainers could evaluate the situation. After a couple test runs, Cane 3 with USSC 408 was brought out to aid in the testing, rather than having USSC 310 shove the consist after each run.
