The old Dixon, Montana, depot still stood on September 15, 2010, as an eastbound BNSF coal empty meets the westbound Montana Rail Link night gas local at Dixon siding. Meets are somewhat unusual on the unsignaled MRL Tenth Subdivision between De Smet and Paradise, with the line normally seeing an eastbound traffic.
