Remarks & Notes

The very strong north wind, typical of the Bernina Pass, constantly blows fresh snow onto the route. On the journey along the Lago Bianco from Ospizio Bernina to Alp Grüm, the fixed plough on the "Allegra" ABe 8/12 # 3515 throws the snow to one side in a wide arc.
