Relatively new GP60 ATSF 4022 is joined by former MILW/SOO SD40-2, EMD 6082, featuring the low moment for both Milwaukee Road and Soo Line, the bandit patch job, allegedly authorized by a Soo Line officer disgruntled by the Milwaukee Road power. GM (EMD) should have been embarrassed to put these in lease service without a paint job. No wonder they declined in the 1990s.
