| CSX F40PH #1 leads the CSX Office Car Special south through Richmond in the early morning hours of September 21, 2023. The train is deadheading back from a business meeting with various coal executives at the Greenbrier in West Virginia. The train - painted in a luxurious B&O passenger paint scheme looks great with the Richmond skyline in the background. |
