NS HI10, the Hollidaysburg Local rolls through the Cove S-Curve with a special visitor trailing 3rd. This blue SD60I, numbered PSU 2020, is an ex-NS SD60 that will be used by Rail Transportation Engineering students at Penn State Altoona.
