| The four luggage railcars Deh 4/4 #21-24 were delivered to the then Brig-Visp-Zermatt-Bahn (BVZ) in 1975/1976. While #24 was already demolished last year, the other three were still in service on the Oberalp Pass this summer. #21 was even allowed to pull a Glacier Express regularly. On 13 October 2023, Deh 4/4 #23 probably carried the last regional train with an ex BVZ Deh 4/4 on the Oberalp Pass. The photo shows it on its last run in sunlight at the well-known photo spot below Nätschen. |
