Electric Disco. In its new E60/ALP-44 inspired paint scheme, NJ Transit ALP-46A no. 4640 (Bombardier, 2009-2011) is seen shoving Northeast Corridor Line train 3848 over Dock Bridge, en-route to New York Penn Station.
