| Re 620 # 078 (Re 6/6 # 11678) "Bassersdorf" and Re 620 # 022 (Re 6/6 # 11622) "Suhr" of the SBB in multiple control are in the "staircase" of the Biaschina on the Gotthard south ramp, between Lavorgo and Giornico. In the background you can see the Pianotondo viaduct on the uppermost of three levels. This is the about 1150 gross tons train 69787 with 15 Fans-u cars loaded with sand from Hüntwangen-Wil via Bülach-Regensdorf-Brugg-Othmarsingen-Rotkreuz-Arth Goldau-Erstfeld-Göschenen-Airolo to Bodio. Both locomotives together have 21200 horsepower (15700 kW) and were built in the late 1970'. |
