| Late running 441 is capping off a weekend that also saw several other unique CSXT paint schemes in Central Florida. This train left Waycross the day before around 1530 then sat at Baldwin overnight until 0300. What should have been a simple stop in Wildwood became an hours-long ordeal that also involved burying the DPU for compliance, allowing the sun to come up fully across the railroad. Even then, they made it to Knights (north of Plant City) where they were told to tie up for the relief crew...which didn't come on until after midnight the following morning, putting the train into Tampa finally around sunrise. |
