Remarks & Notes
Covered Bridge The covered bridge built in 1926 to protect the wood deck from harsh Coast Range winter frames the morning Toledo Hauler. The train serves the large cardboard box plant at the "Port" of Toledo. The line was once to be part of the ever expanding Chicago & North Western System near the turn of the century.

Fortunately, many covered bridges survive throughout the US. Even more fortunately, some are located in the photographic vicinity of rail lines.
