It's a snowy day on southern California's Cajon Pass, but after climbing to the railroad's 3,775-foot summit, BNSF Railway train Q-LACLPC6-23L has broken through the clouds and found sunshine as it heads from Los Angeles to Chicago. This 9833-foot long Guaranteed Service Intermodal train, with ES44C4 6973, ES44DC 7382, Dash 9-44CWs 5450 and 5041, and ES44C4 8186 for power, has 104 loaded cars, weighing 8,333 tons.
