A pair of North Rail Oy class Dr21 heavy diesel shunters at Kotka depot still wearing their prevous owners, Operail Finland's livery. Both of these started their lifes as GE C30-7's for Conrail. In early 2000s they were sold to Estonia for Eesti Raudtee, which later became Operail.
Both were rebuilt in Estonia by Operail and CZ LOKO and were shipped to Operail Finland Oy which later became North Rail Oy
