| Celebrating 25 years of railroading, NPR 2283 wears a basic blue and yellow paint scheme to honor Northern Plains Railroad. NPR has worked former Soo Line Wheat Lines in North Dakota and Minnesota and has since expanded its railroad service to contract switching, railcar maintenance, and other endeavors. |
