| "Phase VI at Branford"
On the afternoon of July 20th, 2023, Amtrak's Phase VI 50th Anniversary P42DC #108 leads a New Haven-bound equipment extra west past the Branford train station on Amtrak's "New Haven to Boston" section of the Northeast Corridor.
108 is one of six 50th Anniversary Commemorative Painted locomotives that features one-of-a-kind paint schemes. It wears the first adaptation of the latest Amtrak livery phase with the “Connecting America for 50 Years” slogan on each side. |
