Since Monday, July 17, the new IR-Dosto RABe 512 of the SBB, delivered by StadlerRail in a series of 60, are now in so-called controlled operation, i.e. they run at certain times in scheduled trains, this as Regio Express on the route Zurich-Bülach-Schaffhausen and vice versa. Double traction, i.e. 2 trains in multiple control, or coupled with trains of the series RABe 511.1, are not yet permitted. RABe 512 # 007 is on its way from Schaffhausen to Zürich as RE 4921 between Lottstetten and Rafz.
