Westbound Pan Am Southern 265 crosses the Deerfield River at Florida, MA; the famed Hoosac Tunnel lies just a couple hundred yards ahead. In the coming months, this train will shift to CSX's B&A line to the south, with a routing via Worcester, MA. The line through Hoosac Tunnel will come under control of new Genesee & Wyoming member Berkshire & Eastern.
