Illinois Central Gulf EMD SW14 Nos. 1416 and 1456 drill cars at the south end of Markham Yard at Homewood, Illinois, on August 10, 1986. These SW14 switcher locomotives are rebuilt EMD locomotives, remanufactured in the railroad’s capable shops at Paducah, Kentucky.
