| BN 2017, former GN 2017 is an example of the first order of GN GP20s made in May 1960. They were set up to operate long hood front, and featured a bell over the front headlight. They also came with a GP9 style fuel tank with air reservoirs running crosswise under the loco frame. Other railroads' GP20s featured the more modern appearance of the trailing SD45 fuel tank. Seen at Minneapolis Jct. with BN SD45 6504 and a sky blue GP9. |
