KCS SD70MAC 3903 leads a manifest North through the Mississippi river floodwaters in downtown Davenport at sunset. Rapid snowmelt from Minnesota and Wisconsin has pushed the Mississsippi River over CPKC's Davenport and Marquette Subdivisions in several locations.
