Long Island City Rail Road. Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) MP15AC no. 164 (EMD, 1975-1984) is seen idling on a siding near Long Island City Station. Unlike most of the rail road's other MP15AC locomotives, this one is still wearing a blue, yellow, and white paint scheme from the early 2000s - though it is looking quite worse for wear!
