| Norfolk Southern local C17 is working customers along the Wells Industrial Track with a pair of Operation Lifesaver GP38-2's, pulling its train out of the siding after running around to pull cars from the Wheeling-Nippon Steel warehouse at right. The train will now shove back to Weirton before crossing the Ohio River and heading back to Mingo Junction Yard. |
