A closer view of one of the three Avelia Liberty trainsets stored adjacent to Philadelphia's 30th Street Station. The debut of these trainsets in revenue service has been delayed due to various issues. This power car seems to have some wiring taped to the cab door, perhaps left over from instrumentation used during past test runs.
