Driving through St. Louis, I came across this surprise, and ICG GP10 waiting downtown. I am told that this was likely an ICG transfer job…either from the ex IC East St. Louis or ex-GM&O Venice yard. Note the cars in the foreground, likely a weed sprayer train, with journal boxes on the car on the left.
