On Saturday, February 11, 2023 - the day before the Philadelphia Eagles football team played in Super Bowl LVII - the Wilmington Chapter NRHS chartered a SEPTA trolley for a photo tour dubbed "Super Saturday Streetcar Special XXIX." Type K LRV no. 9049 (Kawasaki, 1981-1982) was used for the charter, seen here turning from Lancaster Ave onto N 54th St with the Center City skyline in the background. This trackage does not see regular service, but rather is a single-track loop that can be used to short-turn Route 10 trolleys in emergencies or due to maintenance work.
