| An HSR Constructors spot tie crew is at work on the eastern mainline of the Florida East Coast Railway in Suntree, FL. The existing FEC mainline is undergoing significant upgrades to FRA class 6 track as part of Brightline's Orlando expansion which includes the replacement of some of FEC's 50+ year old concrete ties. |
