April 29, 1978, Allentown PA - the unique high-short hood LV RS3 (which they acquired from corporate parent Pennsylvania Railroad), was still in her LV colors, be it with stenciled "CR" and Conrail numbering. She is working here with an ex LHR C420, drilling the yard.
