Lonely In Lovelock. Amtrak Train 5 (California Zephyr) was passing through Lovelock, Nevada on March 25, 2022 with Webb Rail's former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome 313 (WEBX 801044), former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built dome 549 (WEBX 801045), and former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) holding the marker in a desolate desert scene. A stretch of Interstate 80 to the right is not very bust on this March morning, and in spite of the abundant sun rise the temperatures were still fairly low.
