The coupled "Capricorn" trains ABe 4/16 # 3130 and # 3133 are running the Regio Express 1045 from Landquart via Klosters to Davos Platz, between Malans and Grüsch towards the Klus. The train # 3133 "Piz Palü" has a special "Champagne" color to celebrate the 500th delivered carbody from the Altenrhein plant to the Rhaetian Railway since 1960 by FFA, Schindler Waggon and StadlerRail. This train also has a specially designed 1st class car, the "Palü Stübli". The RhB says: "The Palü Stübli captivates with carefully staged and discreet Graubünden charm. With its careful "sgraffito" decorations, it is reminiscent of the house facades in the Engadine. A quote from Kofi Annan underscores the importance of the mountains, which are present not only in the naming of the multiple unit (Piz Palü) and the "Palü Stübli", but throughout the journey through the train's windows: "Humbling and uplifting at the same time. Hardly anything in nature inspires us with so much awe as the sight of the mountains."
