Six Cars In The Snow. Amtrak Train 281 (AMTK 701, P32AC-DM, Phase III) is seen approaching the Amtrak Station in Utica, New York on Friday, December 18, 2020. Although out of use for many years, Tower 30 is the last standing former New York Central Interlocking Tower of its kind in Utica, NY.
